Since anyone with a Warrior secondary can use a Tactics Shield, I'd think that they would sell pretty quickly. To be honest, IDK.

Warriors would want a Strength shield, anyone else would want a Tactics shield. All depends on who you are selling to.

Not many warriors use tactics that much. I found more people use Strength a lot more since it provides a great bonus to your attacks(armor penetration). Tactics is more PvP since most of the skills are block.

Like I tell everyone if you have good monks in PvE, you should not need any blocking skills or self heals.

tbh, its 50/50, maybe slightly in favour of tactics.

warriors mainly use strength, but nearly all casters would go for the tactics one, especially monks

price is the same too

I'd just sell the ambrace if that is what it's about.

This. Never, ever, ever trade in an armbrace (or any other materials, for that matter) to secure a weapon/shield for resale. Always sell the raw item itself, since the ability to choose whatever they want is more valuable than the item itself.
